Residential Dwellings/Condo Inspections

A home/condo inspection is a noninvasive visual examination and basic testing of the essential systems and components of a dwelling that are in plain sight and can be reached and viewed without difficulty, dismantling or the moving of obstructions. The scope of work is to provide the client with information regarding the overall condition of installed systems and components of the home based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and components at the time of the home inspection and to report on those systems and components inspected that, in the professional opinion of the inspector, are significantly deficient or at the end of their service lives.

Type of inspections-included but not limited to:
GHI Inspection: foundation/structure, roof/attic, electrical system, heating/cooling system, plumbing system, bathrooms, interior/exterior components, kitchen/laundry, garage
and site conditions that affect the structure.

Condo Inspection: Electrical system, Heating/cooling system, Plumbing system, Bathrooms, Interior and kitchen/laundry. Condo Inspections exclude: Roof, Attic and Exterior areas
